# Help & Support

Welcome to Shopeasy's Help & Support section! Here, you can have direct real-time conversations with the super admin for immediate assistance. Follow these steps to get started:

#### Step 1: Accessing Real-Time Chat

1. Navigate to **Help & Support** in the sidebar to access the support section.
2. In this section, you can engage in real-time chat with the super admin.

#### Step 2: Chatting with Super Admin

A chat window will open, allowing you to have a direct conversation with the super admin.

#### Note:

* This feature provides you with immediate access to the super admin for any queries or assistance you may need.
